1. Introduction

kitchkashmirichai.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by Ayesha Arif Kitchlew, sole proprietor, trading as Kitch Kashmiri Chai ("Kitch", "we", "us"). Our registered office and principal place of business is House 165, Street 65, Sector E, Phase 1, DHA, Lahore 54800, Pakistan.

2. Applicability and updates

By visiting the Website or buying from us you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy and our Shipping and Delivery Policy. They apply to everyone who uses the Website. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age and not barred from buying under the laws of Pakistan. We may update these terms; the version on the Website when you place an order applies to that order.

3. What we sell

Café food and drinks, prepared to order at our Lahore kitchen, for delivery within Lahore or pickup.
Bottled Kashmiri chai (Kashmiri Tea Concentrate, Ready-to-Drink Kashmiri Chai and the Kitch Gift Box), delivered within Pakistan.

Photos are for illustration; handmade food may look slightly different. Product descriptions list ingredients where available. Our kitchen handles milk, nuts, wheat and egg. If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering.

4. Orders, prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are shown on each product page. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it by message or email, or when we start preparing or dispatching it.
You can pay by cash on delivery or, where offered, by debit or credit card. Card payments are processed securely by Safepay; we do not store your card details. Cards are charged in PKR; banks outside Pakistan may add conversion fees.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, your address is outside our delivery area, a price is clearly wrong or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

5. Terms of usage

You may not use the Website for any unlawful purpose; to infringe intellectual property; to harass, abuse or discriminate; to submit false information or fake orders; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect other people's personal information; to scrape or crawl the Website; or for any obscene purpose. We may end your use of the Website if you do.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, its content, the Kitch Kashmiri Chai name, logo, photos, designs and recipes are owned exclusively by us or our licensors. Using the Website gives you no rights in them. All rights are reserved.

7. Health information

The Rōz Risk Check and any health information on the Website are for general information only. They are not medical advice or a diagnosis. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.

8. Indemnity and limitation of liability

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or of the law. We take care to keep information on the Website accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law, including the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005.

9. Termination

We may change, suspend or end access to the Website at any time, including where registration details are false, where use interferes with the Website, or where law enforcement asks us to.

10. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, it will be modified or removed and the rest will stay in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore, including the District Consumer Court, Lahore, have exclusive jurisdiction.
