Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Café food and drinks (Lahore only)

Delivery areas: DHA, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Garden Town, Faisal Town, Cantt, Township, Wapda Town and Valencia Town. Delivery is made by our own riders.
Hours: 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, every day. Last order 10:30 pm.
Timing: preparation usually takes 30 to 45 minutes and delivery 45 to 60 minutes. These times are estimates and may be longer at busy times or in bad weather.
Charges: we deliver within 20 km of our kitchen in DHA Phase 1. Delivery costs Rs 200 (up to 5 km), Rs 300 (5–10 km), Rs 400 (10–15 km) or Rs 500 (15–20 km), shown at checkout, and is free on orders above Rs 10,000. There is no minimum order.
Pickup: collect your order from House 165, Street 65, Sector E, Phase 1, DHA, Lahore.

2. Bottled chai and gift boxes (within Pakistan)

Delivered by our riders in Lahore and by courier partners elsewhere in Pakistan.
Delivery usually takes up to 7 working days from the date of order. This is an estimate; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Our chai must be kept refrigerated. Please put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives.

3. International shipping

We do not ship outside Pakistan at present. Orders with an address outside Pakistan cannot be placed.

4. Damaged or failed deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, photograph it and tell us within 48 hours (24 hours for café food). See our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy. Please give a correct address and a phone number you will answer; if we cannot reach you, the order may be returned to us.

5. Cancellations

Café orders can be cancelled until preparation starts; bottled orders until they are handed to the rider or courier. Full details are in our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.
