Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
You can place orders through our website, by calling us directly, or via WhatsApp. Simply browse our menu, select your items, and proceed to checkout or contact us with your order details.
What are your delivery areas?
We deliver to major areas including DHA, Gulberg, Johar Town, Model Town, Garden Town, and Faisal Town with free delivery on orders above PKR 3,000. Extended areas are available with delivery charges.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 45-60 minutes from order confirmation. Preparation time is 30-45 minutes as we prepare everything fresh to order.
What is your minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order requirement, but free delivery is available on orders above PKR 3,000. Delivery charges apply for smaller orders.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes, we accept advance orders. For best results, place advance orders at least 2 hours before your desired delivery time. For large orders or catering, 24-hour notice is recommended.

Do you have vegetarian options?
While traditional Wazwan is primarily meat-based, we do offer some vegetarian options including our Kashmiri Chai and selected dishes. Please contact us for specific vegetarian requirements.
What makes Kashmiri Chai special?
Kashmiri Chai (Noon Chai) is a traditional pink tea made with special tea leaves, milk, and unique spices. It has a distinctive color and flavor that's been enjoyed in Kashmiri households for centuries.
How spicy are your dishes?
Our dishes follow traditional Kashmiri spice levels, which are generally mild to medium. The focus is on aromatic spices rather than heat. If you have specific spice preferences, please mention them when ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery (COD). Card payments are coming soon.

Delivery charges apply for orders under PKR 3,000 and for extended delivery areas. All menu prices are final with no hidden charges.
